Curtis Agemian
Co Founder & CEO
Growing up in a family of small business owners, Curtis recognized the unfavorable treatment small businesses often receive in the business world and set out to find a way to give them the attention and resources they need to thrive. His knack for figuring out creative solutions and building businesses that turn those solutions into tangible results helped both spark and fuel the development of Ostana.
A sports and fitness buff through and through, Curtis devotes his time off the clock to hitting the gym, playing sports, and catching every Toronto game he can.
Paul Turner
Co Founder & COO
Born and raised in a small town, Paul has always had a special connection to small businesses. Growing up, he noticed that his father's small hobby store began to run into issues when bigger chains moved into the area. Now, after spending over 25 years in the tech startup industry, Paul has put his sales and marketing expertise to work creating a loyalty solution designed to help small businesses like his dad's compete with large retailers... and win!
In his free time, Paul loves hanging out with his wife and two sons and devouring every movie he can get his hands on.
Tarun Midha
Co Founder & CTO
As Ostana's CTO, Tarun brings a decade of tech experience to the table, including six years spent working specifically on enterprise tech solutions. After witnessing firsthand just how broken loyalty programs have become, he dedicated his expertise to developing a solution to the problem that makes use of innovations like tokenomics and blockchain technology while still being affordable and accessible for small businesses everywhere. Ostana is that solution!
When he's not busy striving to make the small business world a better place alongside Paul and Curtis, Tarun enjoys playing baseball and chilling with friends and family.
