There is no initial setup fee to start using Ostana. When you sign up for a free or paid plan, you gain immediate access to all the features your plan has to offer.

Are there additional charges for integrating Ostana with other systems?
All Ostana plans include access to integrations with both e-commerce and POS systems at no additional cost.

Is customer support included in the monthly fee?
The Starter Plan includes online support within 24 hours via submission of a form or email. The Pro and Elite Plans offer the addition of phone support, with the Pro Plan guaranteeing responses within 12 hours and the Elite Plan within 4 hours. All responses will be sent during regular business hours (8AM - 7PM EST, Mon - Fri).
